A registered NDIS provider for high-complexity support — complex mental health and psychosocial disability, forensic and justice-involved participants, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions and palliative care. Delivered under structured clinical governance and risk management.
Many of our participants have long psychiatric histories, multiple admissions and previous service breakdowns. We balance participant choice and control with robust risk management — working toward independence, not dependence — and intervening early to prevent hospitalisation, homelessness, justice involvement and service breakdown.
Forensic histories, high clinical risk, challenging behaviours and previous service breakdowns are the referrals others decline. They are the referrals we are designed to take — and keep.
