This pack explains who we are, what your supports look like, your rights, and how to reach us — including in a crisis. It's yours to keep. If anything here is unclear, just ask your worker or coordinator to go through it with you.
Therapy Mental Health is a registered NDIS provider. We specialise in supporting people living with complex mental health, psychosocial disability, forensic and justice backgrounds, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, and palliative needs. We work across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia.
We were built for the people the system often finds hardest to support — and we're proud to be the team that doesn't give up. Many of the people we work with have been through a lot: long histories with mental illness, time in hospital, contact with the justice system, or supports that broke down before they were ready. We meet you where you are, without judgement, and we stay.
Our approach is recovery-oriented and trauma-informed. That means we focus on your strengths and goals — not just your diagnosis — and we understand that difficult experiences shape how people feel safe and connect with support. You stay in the driver's seat: we work at your pace, with your choices at the centre, and we help build the skills and confidence to do more for yourself over time, rather than depend on services.
You'll be supported by a multi-disciplinary team — support workers, recovery coaches and coordinators — backed by clinical oversight and regular supervision. We take time to match you with a worker who suits you, and we keep that relationship as steady as we can, because trust takes time to build.
"We'll treat you with dignity, support your choices, keep you safe, and stay alongside you — especially when things get hard."

Support is more than just turning up. It's the steady, practical work of building skills, confidence and connection — so that over time you can rely less on services and more on yourself. Depending on your goals, that work can include:
Your plan is yours — we focus on what matters most to you, and adjust as your life and goals change.
As an NDIS participant, you have rights. We hold ourselves to them every day.
We only collect what we need to support you well, and we keep it secure. We won't share your information without your consent — except where we're required to by law, or where there's a serious risk to someone's safety. You can ask to see the information we hold about you at any time.
If something isn't right, we want to know — it helps us do better, and it will never affect your support. You can tell your worker, or contact us directly. You can also go to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
If life is in danger, call 000 immediately.
